The fee for an individual ticket is $1,800. This fee does not include flight or hotel accommodations.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will be subject to a $300 fee through November 20, 2009.  After that date, no refunds will be made.  There will be no exceptions to this policy for any reason.

Substitution Policy

If for any reason, you are unable to attend, we must confirm the substituted individual qualifies to attend this invitation only event and must be within the same firm.  Please advise Barron’s in writing to:

The Breakers Reservations Policy

1. Full Prepayment (excluding taxes) is required at time of reservation.
2. 14-day cancellation policy. If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, the full deposit will be forfeited (non-refundable).
3. If a reservation is reduced in length of the stay within the cancellation period, a penalty fee applies (equal to the number of nights released).
4. All reservations require a valid credit card and picture identification at time of check in.

Please note that shared registrations will not be permitted under any circumstances.

*If for any reason this conference is cancelled, Barron's do not accept any responsibility for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by the registrant.
