Your travel plans should have you arriving in Washington D.C. the afternoon of Wednesday July 17th and departing the afternoon of Friday, July 19th. All attendees are responsible for their own travel expenses including flights and hotel accommodations.

Air Travel

Gaylord National is now proud to offer an exclusive, express shuttle to and from Reagan National Airport (operated by SuperShuttle).

This convenient new service will depart every twenty minutes from Gaylord National's front door to Reagan National Airport, and every twenty minutes from the Reagan National Airport baggage claim.

Reservations are recommended, but tickets also will be available from the SuperShuttle desk, located on the lower level of the airport, near baggage claim.

Driving

From Reagan National Airport (DCA) approximately 8 miles, 15 minutes:

  1. Follow signs to George Washington Parkway South (to Alexandria)
  2. Take George Washington Parkway South toward Alexandria
  3. Veer Right at the sign to Slaters Lane. Take a Right at the traffic light onto Slaters Lane
  4. Follow signs to US Route 1 South and merge onto US Route 1 South (N. Henry Street). Proceed on Henry Street through Old Town Alexandria
  5. Follows signs to I-95 North (Maryland)
  6. Veer Right at signs toward I-95
  7. Veer Left toward I-95 (Baltimore/Maryland signs) and merge onto I-95 North /I-495 East (Capital Beltway — Outer Loop)
  8. Cross Woodrow Wilson Bridge toward Maryland
  9. Take Exit 2A toward National Harbor
  10. Once on National Harbor property, turn right on St. George Street
  11. Follow signs to Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center
From Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) approximately 35 miles, 45 minutes:
  1. Follow Airport Exit signs
  2. Take VA-267 East toward Washington and follow signs to I-495 South toward Richmond/Alexandria
  3. Take I-495 South (Capital Beltway — Outer Loop) toward Richmond/Alexandria
  4. Continue on Capital Beltway, but merge with I-495 East/ I-95 North toward Baltimore
  5. Stay to right, following signs for Local Traffic to National Harbor
  6. Cross the Woodrow Wilson Bridge toward Maryland
  7. Take Exit 2A toward National Harbor
  8. Once on National Harbor property, turn right on St. George Street
  9. Follow signs to Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center
From Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) approximately 42 miles, 45 minutes:
  1. Follow Airport Exit signs toward Washington DC
  2. Take exit 2B for MD 295-South / Baltimore Washington Parkway toward Washington
  3. Merge onto 295-South toward Washington
  4. Stay on 295-South for about 35 miles
  5. Take Exit 1B (the very last exit on 295-South, past exit 1) toward National Harbor
  6. Once on National Harbor property, turn right on St. George Street
  7. Follow signs to Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center
