Is there a fee to attend the conference?
The price for the conference is $400 per attendee.

What is the appropriate dress code for the conference?
Business attire.
For men—suit or sport jacket, tie is optional.
For women—suit or dress.
Please no shorts or jeans.

Meetings and all associated activities are for designated advisors and their team members only.

How do I make hotel reservations?
Hotel accommodations at The Gaylord National should be booked immediately following the registration process or by calling the hotel directly and referencing the Barron’s Winner’s Circle conference. See Hotel & Travel tab on this site.

Can I book hotel accommodations after I have registered?
Yes, once registering for the conference at www.barrons.com/teams you will be prompted to make your hotel reservations. You can also call the hotel directly, please see the Hotel & Travel tab on this website.

Do I receive credit for the sessions I attend? If so, what is the specific credit and how do I go about receiving it?
Attendees of The Barron’s Winner’s Circle conference will be eligible for non-IMCA credits as well as CFP credits. We will be scanning attendees’ badges as they enter sessions for confirmation of attendance. See conference agenda for credit assigned each session.

All attendees are responsible for their own travel expenses and arrangements.

Who do I contact if I need to cancel at the last minute? Are there any penalties?
Please email conferenceinfo@barrons.com. Any cancellations before July 1st will be subject to a $50 processing fee. All cancellations after July 1st are non-refundable.

Can I get CD/recordings of all the presentations?
The Barron’s Winner’s Circle website (www.barronswc.com) will provide edited clips of all the highlights of the conference.

Do you provide transportation to/from the airport? If so, how do I make those arrangements?
Barron’s will not be providing transportation to and from the airport. All arrangements and associated fee’s are the responsibility of the attendee. Please visit the Hotel & Travel page on this site for transportation options.

Majority of the advisors invited have been a Barron’s ranked advisor from 2009-2010 on any given list. A few exceptions may apply.
