Air Travel
The closest airport to the Waldorf Astoria is Orlando International (MCO). All attendees are responsible for their own travel expenses as well as arranging their own flights and transportation.

Your travel plans should have you arriving at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando the afternoon of Wednesday, September 12nd and departing the afternoon of Friday, September 14th. Please refer to the Agenda for specific meeting times.

Transportation
As the primary ground transportation concessionaire at Orlando International Airport, Mears offers transportation between the Airport and Waldorf Astoria/Bonnet Creek. You can arrange transportation with their shared ride shuttle services or with an exclusive Luxury Sedan.

Shuttle service runs every 20-30 minutes between the airport and hotels. One-way fare is $21.00. Roundtrip fare is $34.00.

Luxury Sedan service to the hotel is $78 and return to the airport is $63.

From Orlando International Airport (MCO) 22 miles:
  1. Head east on Airport Blvd (1.3 miles)
  2. Continue onto S Semoran Blvd (0.3 miles)
  3. Take the ramp onto FL-528 W Partial Toll Road (10.9 miles)
  4. Take the exit onto I-4 W toward Tampa (4.7 miles)
  5. Take exit 67 toward Epcot/Downtown Disney (1.1 miles)
  6. Merge onto Epcot Center Rd (0.7 miles)
  7. Take the first exit to Downtown Disney/Typhoon Lagoon (0.30 miles)
  8. At traffic light make a left onto Buena Vista Dr (0.2 miles)
  9. At the next light turn left onto Chelonia Pkwy (1.1 miles)
  10. Turn right onto Bonnet Creek Resort Lane, Waldorf Astoria Orlando is the second hotel on your right (0.4 miles)
From East (I-4 Westbound):
  1. Take I-4 W toward Tampa
  2. Take exit 67 toward Epcot/Downtown Disney (1.1 miles)
  3. Merge onto Epcot Center Rd (0.7 miles)
  4. Take the first exit to Downtown Disney/Typhoon Lagoon (0.30 miles)
  5. At traffic light make a left onto Buena Vista Dr (0.2 miles)
