Air Travel

The closest airport to The Ritz-Carlton is Orlando International. All attendees are responsible for their own travel expenses as well as arranging their own flights and transportation.

Your travel plans should have you arriving at the The Ritz-Carlton the afternoon of Wednesday, April 14th and departing the afternoon of Friday, April 16th. Please refer to Agenda for specific meeting times.

Transportation

As the primary ground transportation concessionaire at Orlando International Airport, Mears offers transportation between the Airport and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel/Grande Lakes. You can arrange transportation with their shared ride shuttle services or with an exclusive Luxury Sedan.

Shuttle service runs every 20-30 minutes between the airport and hotels. One-way fare is $18.00. Roundtrip fare is $29.00.
Luxury Sedan service to the hotel is $60 and return to the airport is $45.

From Orlando International Airport (MCO) 10 miles:

  1. Follow "North Exit" signs out of the airport
  2. Take 528 West (Beachline)
  3. Exit 3 (John Young Parkway South/423) off 528 (Beachline)
  4. At bottom of exit, turn left onto John Young Parkway
  5. Turn right onto Central Florida Parkway (2nd traffic light)
  6. Entrance to Grande Lakes Orlando will be on the left

From Interstate 4 East or West:

  1. Take exit 72 onto 528 East (Beachline)
  2. Exit 3A (John Young Parkway South/423) off 528 (Beachline)
  3. At bottom of exit, bear right onto John Young Parkway)
  4. Turn right onto Central Florida Parkway (2nd traffic light)
  5. Entrance to Grande Lakes Orlando will be on the left

From South Florida via Florida's Turnpike:

  1. Take Florida's Turnpike North to exit 254
  2. Follow signs to 528 West (Beachline)
  3. Exit 3 (John Young Parkway South/423) off 528 (Beachline)
  4. At bottom of exit, turn left onto John Young Parkway
  5. Turn right onto Central Florida Parkway (2nd traffic light)
