What is the Dress Code?
Business Attire– suit, sport jacket, tie-optional. Please not shorts or jeans
Is there a fee to attend the conference?
There is NO fee to attend.
Who is responsible for my travel expenses and booking flights?
All attendees are responsible for their own travel expenses and arranging their own transportation.
How do I reserve hotel accommodations?
Hotel accommodations should be booked during the registration process.
Can I book hotel accommodations after I have registered?
Yes, if you have already registered for the conference, but did not reserve your hotel room initially, please modify your registration by referring to your confirmation email.
May I extend my hotel stay at the Top Independent Advisors Summit at the group rate?
Yes, the group rate will be honored from April 11 – April 19, 2010 at a rate of $199.00 per night contingent on hotel availability.
What is the hotel cancellation policy?
The policy is as follows:
1. A: Full Prepayment (excluding taxes) is required at time of reservation.
2. 14–day cancellation policy. If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, the full deposit will be forfeited (non-refundable).
3. If a reservation is reduced in length of the stay within the cancellation period, a penalty fee applies (equal to the number of nights released).
4. All reservations require a valid credit card and picture identification at time of check in.
When will I get a hotel confirmation?
You will receive a hotel confirmation within a week of registering for the conference via email.
